The second dark age is the combination of several games and types of games in one. It is dream project of a megalomaniac that seeks to make the Dark Tower seem like a short story. I have the books mostly written out, I have the game worked out and talked to programmers that are geniuses with Unreal and even they think I am mad, not because the idea is not possible but because it is doable yet, it is so large and complicated that even they are frightened to even think about it, much less to work on it.
A video game that is a combination of games like Dayz in its glory days, Fallout, Metro and stalker to say the least where one would be able to travel from server to server with his AI army and vehicles and all of his gear as just one unique mechanic.
The game will offer players the ability to do whatever they want. If they want to built things and craft stuff in peace they can do it. If they want to go on a cross server invasion with their friends and wage an insane war they can do it. If they want to rule all, they can do it. If they want ot be just a merchant and make huge profits, real profits in real money through the game by selling gear and weapons to players by god they will be ale to do it.
No one has even dared to dream this big of a game before and just the idea of it gets most people confused and dizzy. A lore rich game on an alien planet tens of thousand of years in the future where men have god like powers, every other human is on the level of a Jedi knight. Gods and deities fight along side cyborgs and aliens in a game that is ridiculously deep and realistic in many aspects to make it challenging and adrenaline filled yet not intimidation.

To keep players happy a simple mechanic will allow player to select if they are a PVP or PVE character making it easy for players who want to be left alone to click PVE and can not be short, looted or killed, nor have their bases attacked, looted or destroyed by players that picked PVP. That way both PVP and PVE players can jump across servers and explore places where one player rules all or a clan, a server that has been wiped clean by nuclear fire or is prospering like crazy with creative people building a brave new world. And no need to make PVP and PVE servers since PVP players will only be able to attack and kill other PVP players and bases and will receive great loot, bonuses, a higher in game salary and much more if going the PVP route.
The game will be using the gamefied realisam that allows for a lot of fun while punishing players if taking dumb risks with perma death. Broken bones, illness, loss of blood all will play part and all will be able to be fixed and cured using the not so realistic realisam of gaming that is still far better than many games have out there like players pulling out bullets animations with an knife while on the run. While full realisam would hurt a game we are going with the dayz standard where if you are shot in the arm or the leg you will need to fix the broken bone take pain killers and morphine saw and bandage the wound and replace the lost blood. Not enough blood you pass out, you bleed out, you die, you don't splint a leg or an arm you cant walk or use a rifle. Sci fi elements and tools will make it easier to deal with these issues but you will have to deal with them even in combat making it far more realistic and tense and making you calculate and think about every gun fight, jump and risk you take.
Mess up a jump from 5 meters you will get injured maybe sprain a leg or brake an arm or leg, mess up a jump from 10 meters and you will break a lot of bones and or die. Take a bullet you can be knocked out or killed, you can get lucky and not die, you can bleed out to death or survive it all depending on the bullet if a 5.55 or a 7.62 the armor you are wearing and where did it hit you. Based in realism but made easier so that it is more fun yet adrenaline filled and based in logic.
With a full game filled to the brim with real currency to be earned and is ridiculously addictive and offers the players the ability to remain in game even if they no longer feel like crafting or building or exploring or fighting, they can hunt, fly, build craft, go to outer space, nuke cities, play hero, explore the gigantic and insanity inducing underworld that stretches' across the largest map ever imagined in an open world, that does not have a single squared meter of wasted space going deep underground to fight mutants and monsters or build a kingdom of their own, there are no limit
Hundreds of tech items that can be used as by players to combine and craft new one with no limit to possibilities except their imagination. And can then sell it to shops run by other players or AI or privately for in game money that is converted to real cash or real cash.
No loot crate bull shit, no developers raping players for gear and content, this game will be a revolution putting an end to dick developers who have no respect for gamers
On top of all of this we will have no grinding and no bull shit level ups where you get bullets that do more damage or longer range. In the spirit of dayz all weapons will be as good or as bad as its wielder if you can shoot you will be able to shoot from the moment you join and take out enemies .
So it will be a full game rich deep game with dozens of games in it, that will generate profits for all, and will have several novels, comic books, movies, and more.
it is a new IP with fresh ideas something everyone seems to be unable to produce these days so they reboot and rehash the same over and over again and we say no more.
A new age a Dark age is coming and we know it will destroy and shake the industry to its core, but we need help to fund it.
